Unlike Samara, who took to a pacifier and her fingers like a champ, Zane has flat out refused them. If you stick a pacifier in his mouth, he immediately spits it out. As much as we hate Samara sucking on her fingers all the time, it is nice to have something to help soothe an upset baby. Luckily Zane is a pretty chill dude, so this is only a problem when he is really tired or hungry when we are on long car rides. I always have a pacifier in Zane's infant seat on the off chance he might take it.
Surprisingly, at this moment he stuck it in his own mouth!
Spolier alert: this was the last time he let a pacifier in his mouth for a while.
